Ambassador Claude-France Arnould is a former senior French diplomat who served as Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency (EDA) and Ambassador to Belgium. She also held positions as Special Envoy for Space at the European External Action Service and Head of the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate at the Council of the European Union. She is a Special Advisor for European Affairs to the President of the French Institute of International Relations.
